Our free roof inspection is a service that comes complete with time stamped and dated pictures that you can use to file your claim with your insurance company and they can serve as protection from unethical contractors while gathering additional estimates. Homeowners will also receive a complete estimate including satellite imagery measurements that all can be given to the insurance adjuster during the scheduled initial insurance damage assessment appointment.
All our projects are built to manufacturer specifications or In special Texas Windstorm Insurance Agency (T.W.I.A.) areas we work with Approved Texas Windstorm Engineers to ensure all special requirements are met and the homeowner is issued the WPI-8 windstorm certificate that will be required by the Insurance Company for continued coverage. No Money Upfront Ever and Financing Available also. At the time of material selections special pricing may be available from our suppliers and we’ll pass the savings on to you.
